Nicole Locke leads a team of account managers, providing direction and guidance against issues big and small. With several years in sales and marketing, Nicole brings a unique outlook to the customer relationship side of the business. She knows her audience—their pain points, needs, likes and dislikes. Nicole’s background is in the emergency response industry, giving her skills to make calm and calculated decisions. Like her team, she values the family atmosphere and overall “strive for excellence” vibe pulsing through the MTL space. Nicole’s alma mater is University of Alabama Birmingham, where she participated in college athletics. Away from the high energy of the office, Nicole enjoys quiet outdoor activities such as fishing, shooting, and camping. She also makes it a point to spend time with family, sometimes going home to Chickamauga.
