Taylor Cline has watched MTL grow from 3 brokers in a humble office in 2014, to now moving to their 3rd space over the past 5 years. In his role, he prioritizes customer service, committed to always delivering on his and his team’s promises. Taylor enjoys long-term customer relationship development, from initiation to considering those customers buddies. He expresses that their “best customers are loyal” even when the market is slow, and MTL is loyal to their customers in a thriving market. That’s success, in his book. He flexes his problem- solving skills day in and day out, dedicated to putting the customer first. The love of culture, ownership, flexibility, and growth opportunities keeps him coming back each morning, ready to put in work. Taylor majored in marketing at West Virginia University and calls Ringgold, GA home. Golfing and fishing are two of his beloved pastimes, as well as spending time with family.
