MaxTrans Logistics began in 2006 as the brokerage arm of MaxTrans LLC, a trucking company based in West Tennessee. Through our commitment to customers, carriers, and the people behind every shipment, we continued to grow and evolve. In 2019, we established MaxTrans Logistics of Chattanooga as an independent company and became a founding member of GuideOn Group, an organization that combines our transportation expertise with the freight factoring services of GuideOn Capital Solutions.
Today, we remain a key part of GuideOn Group, providing comprehensive third-party logistics services through an extensive carrier network and an experienced team of transportation professionals. We deliver flexible transportation solutions built on industry expertise, personal service, and lasting partnerships.
